EV Chargers & Hardware: Eligible for return within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
Installation Services: Non-refundable once service is rendered.
Fleet Management & Consulting Services: No refunds on consulting fees after service initiation.

Exceptions: Returns due to manufacturer defects are eligible for replacement under warranty. Customers must submit a claim with proof of defect within 30 days.
